Now Hiring: Laborer
K+L Construction LLC is seeking a reliable, hardworking part-time laborer to assist with excavation, septic installation, concrete work, and general site preparation. This position offers strong growth potential for advancement into skilled roles and potentially equipment operation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable nature. Construction experience is a plus but not required for strong candidates. K+L Construction is a small team focusing on quality work over quantity. Applicants can expect a well rounded experience assisting with a variety of work. This is an excellent position for a young person looking to grow and experience the trades, or even an experienced skilled laborer who wants to be seen as an individual with a family focused company.
Details
Pay Range: $18+ per hour, based on experience
Status: Part-Time w/ ability to grow into Full-Time
Probationary Period: 90 days
Start Date: Spring 2026 (exact date TBD by weather)
Responsibilities:
• Assist with jobsite preparation and cleanup
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist equipment operators as needed
• Perform basic manual labor tasks
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Maintain tools and equipment
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (required)
• CDL is a plus (not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Attention to detail
