Founded by husband and wife team, Kyle + Laura in 2025, K+L Construction is built on a foundation of family, integrity, and hard work.
Who We Are
Kyle started in construction as a teenager, working for a custom home builder where he developed an extensive knowledge in many areas, and a special love for excavation, concrete, utilities, and septic work. He later joined Allen Myers as a pipe layer, gaining valuable commercial construction experience, before moving to Cooney Services where he spent several years as a foreman running both commercial and residential jobs.
As a foreman, Kyle didn’t just manage the job—he was on-site, hands-on, solving problems (townships + permits sometimes suck- IYKYK) and staying on schedule. He’s known for his eye for detail, no-BS communication, and ability to deliver results without clients ever needing to micromanage. Now, with the support of his wife Laura, he’s taken that skill set and built K+L Construction—a family-owned business with big goals and strong values.
Laura brings business and life experience to the table. After years as a hairstylist and salon owner, she knows what it takes to run a business, manage operations, build client relationships, and keep everything on track behind the scenes. Running a company with her husband has been her dream—and now it’s their reality.
Together, they bring their values of hard work, time management, quality, and trust to every jobsite.
