Our client wanted to replace and expand her current concrete walkway, turning it into a focal point accentuating the front of her house.
We removed and disposed of the existing concrete, and piped the downspouts with SCH 35 PVC to direct the water runoff from the roof away from the house. We also alleviated water seeping issues in the basement by exposing the foundation, pressure washing, and applying a fresh coat of foundation tar to waterproof.
Finally, we formed the expanded walkway/patio with a gorgeous curve around the side of the garage. Our customer chose the color C-34 Dark Grey, which was a striking contrast next to the light grey and white of their house!
