Cottage Demo & New Floor

From functioning dairy room, to a brand new rental- Kyle completely transformed this cottage. The original "floor" was multiple levels of concrete that served as a dairy back in the day. Kyle demoed the milking platform and existing floor, created a level stone base and poured a new solid floor. In a short time this cottage will be completely renovated into a living space and used as a rental.
