Concrete Patio

Our customer wanted a durable concrete pad beneath their carport to create a clean, functional surface for parking and storage. To prepare the area, we removed a small section of existing concrete and excavated the extension area. After installing forms, we placed a 4-inch base of 2B clean stone to promote proper drainage and provide a stable foundation.

Once the base was prepared, we installed wire reinforcement and poured 4000 PSI concrete, finishing the surface with a classic broom finish for traction and durability.

To complete the project, we restored all disturbed lawn areas with sifted topsoil, seed, and straw, and reinstalled the fence post and panels that had been temporarily removed to access the backyard. The result was a seamless addition that blended perfectly with the existing space and provided the customer with a long-lasting concrete surface under their carport.
